The Second Voice Academy is central to our belief that sales skills can be taught to anyone.
By creating salespeople from scratch we can offer anyone with the right drive a rewarding career path, and create a steady supply of talent to benefit our clients.
Our Academy Graduates are taught to embrace new technology - trained to master it, but not be dependent upon it. They are not fearful of the phone, but they embrace their own individuality to create human connection first, so that the sales appointments soon follow.
