What you can expect

As an Account Manager at Second Voice Pro, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of sales campaigns.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and ensure our services align with their objectives.

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage and oversee the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

  • Data Analysis: Utilise your analytical brain to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for optimisation. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • AI Integration: Collaborate with our Revenue Operations team to utilise advanced AI tools and technologies into sales campaigns, enhancing efficiency and results.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Think creatively and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Find innovative solutions to address client challenges and ensure client success.

  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, maintaining transparency and clear communication. Keep clients informed of progress, results, and any necessary adjustments.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including SDRs, Telemarketers and Revenue Operations team, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

  • Client Retention: Focus on client retention by proactively identifying opportunities that align with the client's needs and avoiding challenges that would negatively impact our clients achievement of their goals.
